Tom Suzuki joined Rosetta Stone Japan in 2008.
Tom was engaged in the start up and optimization of Online Marketing in Rosetta Stone Japan.
Since 2010, Tom manages business communication strategy as Director of DTC Division, to contribute to its fast-growing business. His responsibility includes Online/Offline advertisement, promotion campaign structure, social media planning, development and operation of the company website, as well as telephone sales.
Before joining Rosetta Stone Japan, Tom was engaged in Business Development and Merchandising in retail. He was involved in developing the modern-styled Click & Mortar model. Tom also has experience in the advertising business. His career not only includes experience in Japan, but also in Vancouver, Canada.
Tom's relationship with online business has started since he completed an e-producer course at Digital Hollywood in 2002. Tom has worked closely with developing new online business models and new ways of communication. He also has experience in consultation to outside business partners.
