Japan Woman's basseball league is the only professional league with woman's baseball player and team. My job is league management and develop professional baseball sports business. My background is sports managemet consulting (at consulting farm) and new business development (at RECRUIT) with IT. Main field is; Sports league management reform, Professional sports team reform, Sports and IT business management, Stadium management, Partnership management, Alliance many stakeholders with sports, sports policy planning.
