Joined Recruit in 2004. In 2010, setting up the first full-scale CRM in Recruit and creating billions of profits in five years. Currently I’m in charge of Recruit group CRM including global. Conducting OnetoOne marketing utilizing marketing automation, machine learning, AI and others. I’m also in charge of ID and DB integration and using these infrastructure.
