After working in MNC FMCG companies like P&G and RB as marketer, Xiqiao joined J&J Japan as head of marketing in 2015. She led the team and delivered share growth for almost all brands and highest growth in 10years history. After that she was appointed Country Director of J&J Hong Kong and revamped long-time-struggling business within a year. Joined Folio as CMO since July 2018.
