Started her carrier as a business consultant in one of the biggest business consulting companies in Japan and her major field was the marketing strategy building for corporate/business. Then worked as a brand director in Francfranc and also lead the brand launch in US market for Mogu. Joined McCANN in 2005 and have been engaging in brand communication strategy building for both global/local clients from the consultancy perspective and also are responsible for McCANN's initiative studies, “Truth About Global Brands”, “Truth About Age” and "Truth About Gender iin Japan". Also a lecturer on Global Branding course and B2B Branding course in Senden-kaigi and a chairman of Advertising research council of JAAA(Japan Advertising Agency Association).
