Everyone, in the rush to meet daily KPIs and KGIs, are we perhaps unconsciously designing initiatives and communications based solely on “business convenience”?
Of course, when it comes to getting customers to make a purchase, sales pitches, techniques, and sometimes even gimmicks are necessary. However, when the essential “customer-centric perspective” is missing, I feel we risk falling into a UX that's all about “making them buy.” In this session, speakers from three distinct perspectives will explore the essence of UX through the lens of “making customers want to buy again.” We hope this session encourages you to rethink UX and serves as a catalyst to advance your own e-commerce efforts, even if just a little.
