After working for a human resource service company, joined Nikkei Business Publications, Inc. in 2005 and worked as a reporter for the monthly magazine Nikkei TRENDY, covering the food and beverage, daily necessities, and retail industries. I became deputy editor-in-chief of Nikkei TRENDY in 2016 and deputy editor-in-chief of Nikkei xTREND in 2018.Editor-in-Chief of Nikkei xTREND from April 2023.
